At Sirena Baroque Pearls, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering high-quality baroque pearl jewellery. Please read our policies carefully to understand our terms for returns, exchanges, and custom orders.
Change of Mind
Our baroque pearl jewellery pieces are natural, organic treasures. Once sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to:
- Join our live streams to view items in detail before purchasing.
- Email us at sirenabaroquepearls@gmail.com to request additional photos or videos of the item.
Return request for Quality Issues
Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order immediately. If there are any quality issues, such as loose or detached jewellery components, please contact us for assistance. If you notice any defects or damages, email us at sirenabaroquepearls@gmail.com with the following within 7 days of receiving the item :
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Supporting photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
- Your order details (receipt or proof of purchase).
Upon evaluation and confirmation of the issue, we will guide you through the next steps to resolve it.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will provide you with a return label to send the item back.
- Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the following:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
- The issue matches the details provided in your claim.
You will be notified of the approval status after inspection.
Refund
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Custom Jewellery Orders
Once a loose baroque pearl has been selected and processed into a custom design, the piece cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because the pearl, once set, cannot be reprocessed into a different design for resale.
We encourage customers to carefully choose both the loose pearl and the design during our live streams or consultation process. You can request additional photos, videos, or guidance to make an informed decision before finalising your custom order.
